  • All Motoshield Products are 100% Quality Products which are backed with warranty.
  • Non-Transferable Warranty, Extends to the Original Purchaser only.
  • Warranty is covered for the Defective Material and NOT Reinstallation of PPF Charges.
  • Warranty coverage will be only on total actual PPF material being used which is mentioned above on the table. 1 Roll ID will cover only one car irrespective to material being used or car size at actuals.
  • Liability restricted to the replacement of the same products on actual usage of material and not necessary a full PPF roll.
  • In Case of COLOUR PPF warranty claims, kindly allow us 21 to 30 days time for the fresh import procedure and will be subject to availability of same PPF*.
  • Refund will NOT be given on any products under warranty claims, under delay in services, non-availability of replacement products or discontinued PPF/ TPU’s
  • Limitations: Warranty coverage is only on manufacturing defects and proven, SegmentPro reserves the right to accept or deny the claims which do not meet the criteria given in this certificate.

 

What is covered under Warranty?

Warranty covers defects such as:

  • Crackling
  • Yellowing
  • Discoloration
  • Adhesive failure 
  • Degumming
  • Manufacturing defects and proven.

 

What is Not covered under Warranty?

  • The warranty does not cover improper installation, water lines, inadequate IP usage, harmful chemical usage, excessive heater usage leading to PPF damage, normal wear and tear, self-healing top coat issues, or any external damage (direct or indirect).

 

Detailers / Authorized Dealers / Applicators responsibilities:

  • It is the duty of CAR Detailers / Authorized Dealers / PPF Applicators to report immediately on any manufacturing defects on the products (If any) along with the photos and video showcasing issue faced on the material received. In such rare cases, replacement of material / resolution will be given only after the identification of the problem at actual and proven.
  • Failing to prove the issue at the time of application will not be entertained as a warranty case. Also please make sure to provide the Roll ID (Mandatory)
  • It will be Car Detailer / Car Authorized Dealer / Applicators responsibilities for the removal of applied PPF, SegmentPro holds no Liability, whatsoever.
  • Please ensure to follow the above points for faster resolution.
  • Discontinued products will not be serviceable / repairable, the option left will be only a close alternative product on the acceptance of the customer*

 

How to claim Motoshield’s warranty? (For Customers)

Please follow the following steps:

  • Please re-visit the Detailing Outlet The from where MOTOSHIELD PPF was applied or contact our customer care on 9328553435 
  • Submit the actual Invoice/ Car Photograph / Video on the problems faced on your car and place your request in written citing reasons for the claim to detailer or email us on [email protected]
  • Allow us to identify the problem if it’s a manufacturing defects we can assure you on the product replacement. You may be requested for your car may be called for the inspection from Motoshield’s representative and also the applied PPF on the car can be taken back for product checking.
  • Ask your car detailer to send us the material back to Ahmedabad Head office for claim process which may take up to 21 Business days*.
    Note:  General wear and tear, peel offs, self-heal top coat are NOT covered under standard warranty claims.
